Overview: <p>Our client is seeking a sales superstar with a digital acumen, and an always learning attitude. This individual will be responsible for growing an existing book of business while simultaneously uncovering digital media opportunities with local and regional direct clients, as well as agencies. This position offers high income potential, with an uncapped earnings structure. This individual will have all the tools necessary to offer tailored and thoughtful digital solutions to clients, while leveraging local broadcast solutions and sponsorships.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Generate new relationships by prospecting, identifying, and educating local and regional businesses.</li> <li>Understand client needs, and develop ideal custom solutions.</li> <li>Call on inactive accounts and maintaining an awareness of new businesses openings and product cycles in the area.</li> <li>Deliver customized sales presentations in person, via phone or through webinars.</li> <li>Be a driving force and digital leader by achieving quarterly and annual budgets.</li> <li>Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.</li> <li>Teach, tailor, and take control of your digital business.</li> <li>Stay on top of digital media trends, and be well versed on the impact digital marketing has on company business models.</li> <li>Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate effectively while growing the scope and relationship of the client relationship.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be enthusiastic, high energy, and goal driven.</li> <li>Ability to explain an idea thoroughly, with precision and continuity.</li> <li>3+ years of sales experience / digital acumen.</li> <li>Familiar and competent with Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Past experience selling online display/verticals, video, social or SEM/SEO advertising a plus.</li> <li>Have a great personality and do not take no for an answer.</li> <li>Must have a good driving record with dependable transportation.</li> </ul>
