Overview: <p>We are seeking a motivated individual that has customer service/call center experience and has had previous sales experience.&nbsp; The individual should be comfortable with cold calling senior level managers and business owners and effectively articulating Osprey Capital&rsquo;s portfolio of services.&nbsp;<br /><br /></p> <p>The role allows the Associate to grow and develop a better understanding of various business models, continuously develop a pipeline while developing knowledge of the investment banking industry.&nbsp;</p> <p>The role offers a vast amount of opportunity and continuous learning opportunities for the candidate and compensation can be unlimited.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly communicate with those leads</li> <li>Educated prospects of current M&amp;A/ private equity trends as well as understand their corporate finance and strategic needs</li> <li>Involved in all stages of the sales cycle and managing information requests</li> <li>Arrange meetings and conference calls with senior partners</li> <li>Meeting sales quotas</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>An undergraduate degree (in finance/economics or other business discipline)</li> <li>Prior customer service or call center experience</li> <li>Prior sales experience</li> <li>Self-starter with a strong work ethic that can work in a fast paced environment with little direct oversight</li> <li>Strong communications, organizational and presentation skills</li> <li>Articulate verbal communicator</li> <li>Continuous learner</li> </ul>
