Responsibilities: <p>The Director is responsible for overall clinical management of the CHHA and LTHHCP. Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Outreach and Development for Community Health Programs, this individual provides leadership for delivery of clinical services, consistent with the mission and vision of Parker Jewish Institute while maintaining established standards of care for patients,&nbsp;and ensuring compliance with documentation, education and quality initiatives.</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Registered Nurse (RN) in New York state, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field</li> <li>Two or more years of experience in a leadership role in a CHHA or LTHHCP Agency</li> <li>CHHA experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead teams and empower staff</li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills; is cooperative and helpful</li> </ul>
