Overview: <p>Parker's Family Call Center is an important communications link for family members of our patients and residents, providing excellent customer service and serving as a dedicated hot line to address patient and family concerns.</p> <p>The Call Center Representative serves as the point of contact for questions, problem solving and as a resource for family members and loved ones calling the facility. He or she is responsible for providing accurate, prompt, friendly and courteous service and will manage calls from families, resolving or escalating concerns when necessary to provide excellent customer service.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner</li> <li>Answer questions, refer calls to other departments for follow up</li> <li>Provide excellent follow through, to ensure all requests are handled and resolved in a satisfactory manner</li> <li>Offer patient assistance and support</li> <li>Utilize Salesforce Data Management System to log all incoming calls</li> <li>Other responsibilities as needed</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Prior experience working in a call center or high volume customer service role</li> <li>Prior experience working in a health care environment a plus</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, data entry, documentation and report generation</li> </ul>
