Manager

Responsibilities: This is an excellent clinical leadership opportunity for a licensed nurse knowledgeable in Hospice regulations to provide clinical and administrative oversight of the program, including the implementation, delivery, coordination and supervision of Hospice services and ensure we maintain our high quality of care standards and regulatory compliance.<br /><br />This position is a key clinical leadership role within the organization, with the ability to make an impact and offers a significant personal and professional opportunity to join a world-renowned health care organization. Requirements: <ul> <li>Registered Nurse (RN) in New York state, along with a Degree in Nursing or a related field</li> <li>Two or more years of experience in a management/supervisory role in a Hospice setting</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead teams and empower staff</li> <li>Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care a plus</li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills; is cooperative and helpful</li> <li>Fully vaccinated against COVID-19</li> </ul>
