As such, we welcome talented individuals that have a variety of perspectives, backgrounds, and industry experience who will contribute to the success of our One Parkland team.</p> <p><strong>Position Title: Asset Performance Planning Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Team and Location: Finance &ndash; Calgary, AB&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Asset Performance Planning Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving the network planning assessment model for all Retail and Commercial cardlock sites in Canada including both company and dealer networks. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct business analysis, develop and measure key performance indicators and evaluate opportunities to future-proof our network through energy transition. This role is key in supporting annual business plans and impact assessment of new and existing offer / programs in order to achieve strategic initiatives outlined in the National Network Plan.</p> </div>
Responsibilities: <p>Asset Performance Planning &amp; Analytics</p> <ul> <li>Manage integration of sites entering or exiting the network into the National Network Plan via new builds, acquisitions and divestitures.</li> <li>Develop and measure asset performance KPIs and processes related to strategic network initiatives to ensure in-year and long-term business goals are met.</li> <li> <p>Lead business analytics including problem framing, scenario analysis and making recommendations for change to support network optimization decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support site strategic prioritization / evaluation for capital investment related to future-proofing our network including enhanced backcourt offer and EV charging.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and maintain evaluation and rationalization of Commercial assets to optimize returns.</p> </li> <li>Support maintenance and enhancements of location intelligence data analytics tool.</li> </ul> <p>Communications</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with key business partners in Construction and Real Estate, Facilities &amp; Infrastructure, Strategic Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Corporate Development and EV charging on network optimization decisions, special projects and acquisitions &amp; divestitures</li> </ul>
