Overview: This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks in an office work environment. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Process daily inventory transactions</li> <li>Process all purchases in JDE, ensure proper coding and obtain necessary signatures.</li> <li>Assist with weekly and monthly cycle counts</li> <li>Input CORITY reports</li> <li>Input Safety and Inspection reports</li> <li>Respond to walk in customers</li> <li>Manage weekly/monthly reports</li> <li>Provide support to dispatch with scheduling and routing of trucks.</li> <li>Answer incoming calls directed to their phone</li> <li>Process account adjustments</li> <li>Process Opening records for Commercial accounts for the branch.</li> <li>Maintain data on the Continuous Improvement Board</li> <li>Maintain Compliance records for drivers and third-party contractors</li> <li>Prepare bank deposits.</li> <li>Order office supplies.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Diploma in Business/Office or related field.</li> <li>2-3 years&rsquo; office related experience.</li> <li>Knowledgeable with accounting processes.</li> <li>Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and follow-up.</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li> <li>JD Edwards experience considered an asset.</li> <li>Strong verbal, written and analytical communication skills.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word and Outlook.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced changing environment.</li> <li>Knowledge of lubricant products would be an asset.</li> <li>Experience with fleet/vehicle scheduling would be an asset.</li> </ul> <br />Please note:<br /> <ul> <li>Candidates must be legally able to work in Canada at this time.
