We are a compensation team that works in lockstep to achieve great things and are looking for that piece of the puzzle that will help us on our journey to create the most effective compensation function in town.</p> <p>The Compensation team is one of five areas within our Total Rewards centers of excellence (Compensation, Benefits and Disability Management, HR Information Systems, Payroll, and Learning Management System). Responsibilities: <ul> <li>By working with teams &amp; leadership across Parkland to support diverse compensation programs including base salary and incentive plans, completing job evaluations, reviewing market pricing, and advising on and approving compensation recommendations.</li> <li>Supporting Parkland&rsquo;s annual performance management and compensation cycles through data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and the development of strategic communications.</li> <li>Supporting and leading broad and transformative compensation projects in which you will partner with our People &amp; Culture Business Partners, Talent Management and the business to create solutions that attract and motivate our team.</li> <li>Providing strategic and administrative support with Parkland&rsquo;s LTIP program (RSU, PSU, Stock Options, DSU) while working closely with, Shareworks, and our participants.</li> <li>Work with Business Partners and leaders to assign job levels to roles in the organization using a Job Architecture model.</li> <li>Dive into market data to ensure that our compensation planning, compensation frameworks and strategy are aligned to our goals and company strategies.</li> <li>Proactively bringing market intelligence to the decisions we make to ensure our compensation programs are relevant in line with our compensation philosophy.</li> </ul>
