Overview: The Milling/Paving Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of milling and paving operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements: <ul> <li>10+ years of relevant construction experience.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of paving, milling, and grading operations, required.</li> <li>Must be able to accept out-of-town work and/or night and occasional weekend work.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of survey and layout.</li> <li>Excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, communication, and ability to collaborate.</li> <li>Must have the ability to multi-task and make quick and thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Basic computer skills required.</li> <li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li> <li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Other Duties:</strong><br /><br /> Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
