Overview: Pella Corporation, an innovative, dynamic, growing company, is now looking for a Project Coordinator Team Leader at the Auburn Hills, location.&nbsp;Pella provides a fast paced, fun, and respectful work environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;Team Leaders&nbsp;must be detail oriented, process driven, and efficient while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: <p>The Project Coordinator Team Leader is responsible for assisting/supporting their Manager in providing leadership for Project Coordination (PC) team members in some or all the following:</p> <ul> <li>Support the order fulfillment and customer support processes at assigned branch locations, this includes responsibility for executing standard processes to provide a seamless customer experience through order fulfillment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assisting in the identification, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures that support total customer satisfaction, company profitability and market share growth.</li> <li>Supervisor Responsibilities of non-exempt team members&nbsp;which&nbsp;include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluation and development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</li> <li>Assists in the development and implementation of processes that ensure consistent and professional product service to all our customers that is both an effective remedy to customer concerns and an efficient use of internal resources.</li> <li>Assists in developing and maintaining metrics to track department performance and identify opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Facilitates presentations at department level to improve specific knowledge and skills of attendees both internally and externally. Regularly facilitates MDI and staff meetings with team members.</li> </ul>
