This role is responsible for assisting the Retail, E-Commerce and Wholesale teams, in development and execution of a wide range of creative projects for the brand, ranging from brand campaigns, creative assets, visual merchandising, merchandising directives to wholesale and retail teams in regards to seasonal campaigns, product deliveries, promotional materials and more.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Creative Management &amp; Production for Perry Ellis and Original Penquin:<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop creative brief, shot list, + style out/product selection for the seasonal wholesale image print campaigns and key item signage.</li> <li>Collaborate with DTC team on brand alignment + development of seasonal creative assets that support big ideas.</li> <li>Selection of seasonal in-store imagery by account/individual stores for all wholesale + &ldquo;full price&rdquo; retail locations.</li> <li>Manage creative timeline, signage concepts + layouts, mechanical development, print production, and delivery of materials for all wholesale creative assets + &ldquo;full price&rdquo; retail needs.</li> <li>Manage printed materials budget.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create digital briefs, manage production, selection, and delivery of all digital creative assets.<br />&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong><br />Retail Marketing and Merchandising (Retail &amp; Wholesale):<br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Point person for all in-store merchandising direction and product layouts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Utilizing VR software, create seasonal merchandising directives (Perry Ellis &amp; Original Penguin) tailored to each retailer's needs</li> <li>Create seasonal product knowledge and asset guides for accounts when applicable.</li> <li>Ensure all retail accounts are implementing brand and product merchandising standards in-store. Showroom OPG + PE</li> <li>In conjunction with the Senior Design Director(s), execute main showroom concepts &amp; setups for OPG &amp; PE Collection market + product launch initiatives.</li> <li>In conjunction with the Art Director, source all props and images when needed.</li> <li>Manage showroom budget.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>5+ years working in the apparel industry</li> <li>BA/BS/BFA in Marketing/Advertising-related area</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop</li> <li>Mac and PC Platform user</li> </ul> <p><br />The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state-specific laws.
