Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of EDI systems, processes and tools such as (Gentran Server, Cleo Lexicom, Salsify and Internal Custom Applications)</li> <li>Serves as a resource and subject matter expert to coordinate efforts across all stakeholders, including business users, IT, and third-party vendors</li> <li>This individual is responsible for monitoring, documenting and correcting the day to day operational errors that occur in our EDI software</li> <li>Provide functional knowledge and technical support for all EDI related business processes</li> <li>Review, analyze, and implement mapping changes to meet business and customer requirements</li> <li>Coordinate all EDI testing, implementations, and upgrades</li> <li>Monitor the EDI workflow to prevent and correct any errors, in collaboration with key stakeholders, including management, development teams and end users</li> <li>Maintain EDI systems, including data mapping, translation errors, and interfaces</li> <li>Maintain detailed documentation and process flow for all EDI processes</li> <li>Develop and maintain EDI documentation</li> <li>Prepare test data, conditions, and expected results to verify system logic and validate systems to meet user requirements</li> <li>Acquire and maintain in-depth technical skills in a complex, technical environment</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>SKILLS:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum two (3) years of technical experience with EDI tools, business processes and systems analysis</li> <li>Experience with EDI documents in multiple standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, Tradacom, XML)</li> <li>Experience with establishing EDI Communications (AS2, Secure FTP, etc..)</li> <li>Experience communicating between the business community and an IT organization</li> <li>Ability to define problems, collect data, gather facts and draw valid conclusions quickly</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to work within a team or independently, multitask and possess strong initiative</li> <li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with trading partners and fellow employees</li> <li>Ability to meet deadlines and cope with deadline pressure</li> <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, extended hours, and/or weekends as needed</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>A high level of self-motivation (self-starter).</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li> <li>3-5 years of experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>New York Applicants:</strong>&nbsp;the pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state-specific laws.
