These currently include Callaway, Jack Nicklaus, PGA Tour, Ben Hogan, Grand Slam, Original Penguin &amp; Private Label. This position has the responsibility for top-line objectives including complete P&amp;L responsibility for the division. Geographical responsibilities include the direct oversight of the U.S. and all western Hemisphere markets as well as strategic oversight of all international markets.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Directly responsible for all U.S. &amp; Western Hemisphere sales &amp; strategic oversight of all International Sales within various product categories, strategic business units, channels of distribution and brands.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for sales including new and existing customer development.</li> <li>Lead Sales &amp; Marketing in the development of an Omni-channel experience for all channels of distribution.</li> <li>Interface with Direct to Consumer management team to create seamless experience between wholesale and digital.</li> <li>Partner with Design and Merchandising on the Sport Brand vision, direction and positioning.</li> <li>Partner with Technical Design on all garment specifications.</li> <li>Partner with Merchandising to establish and approve pricing on all National Marketing Strategies (NMS) to meet revenue and profitability goals.</li> <li>Responsible for Inventory Planning, Finance and Sales for all assigned brands.</li> <li>Partner directly with all inbound brand licensors on existing contracts, new opportunities and new contracts.</li> <li>Partner with the Legal Department on all contractual issues and strategies to negotiate the most advantageous agreements with inbounds licenses.</li> <li>Work with the Licensing Department on initiatives to create outbound licensing in various categories within our owned brands.</li> <li>Develop a strategic financial growth plan for the division that guides the direction of the business.</li> <li>Lead and manage direct reports in multiple locations.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>15+ years experience in a global apparel golf and/or tennis and/or sports business.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Management &amp; Marketing or a related field required.</li> <li>Proven record of merchandise and product knowledge, growing profitable sales and team motivation &amp; management.</li> <li>Ability to assess the market place to discover new customer and consumer opportunities with existing brands, new brands, or opportunities to license brands.</li> <li>Results-driven with strong sales and profit analytical skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital &amp; technology initiatives.</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital &amp; technology initiatives.</li> </ul>
