The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike&reg; and Jag&reg; for swimwear, and Callaway&reg;, PGA TOUR&reg;, and Jack Nicklaus&reg; for golf apparel.</p> <p>We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team!&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The Talent Acquisition Coordinator&nbsp; is responsible for coordinating and assisting in all aspects of recruitment including: scheduling interviews, processing all new-hire paperwork, participating in meetings, prioritizing with tight deadlines, placing ads on job boards, recruiting projects and reports, coordinates relocation and budgets, interviews temp and interns when needed and other Recruiting functions.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the VP of Talent Acquisition and the Talent Acquisition Specialist, to include: scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for VP of Talent Acquisition and candidates, new hire processed, draft job advertisements and other Human Resources relate functions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Supports the Talent Acquisition team with the management of multiple job requisitions on recruiting needs in all levels, including managing all external and internal job postings and communication. Prepare offer letters, non-competition agreements and any other documents relating to job offers. Prepare and maintains various recruitment activity reports.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist Talent Acquisition team with research and sourcing of candidates by utilizing online recruiting job boards to identify prospective candidates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain applicant tracking system (Taleo) with candidate profile and job requisition information as required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with relocation/corporate housing arrangements for non-local new hires, including relocation agreements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the Talent Acquisition specialist with interviews of temporary staff.</li> <li>Responsible for execution of College Relation Program: filters, reviews and analyzes resumes, pre-screens and conducts phone interviews with candidates and communications with hiring managers to understand internship needs.</li> <li>Establish and maintain relationships with leading universities and key faculty. Attend internship and career events and presentations at schools, either with out without a subject matter expert co-presenting to increase brand awareness.</li> <li>Oversees and manage the employee referral program to ensure eligibility of participants</li> <li>Verifies and processes recruitment related invoices</li> <li>Administers skill tests and behavioral tests to candidates</li> <li>Keep abreast of all businesses activities to ensure that accurate information about the company is delivered to the candidates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Confer with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties and responsibilities.</li> <li>Assist with new hire orientation</li> <li>Serve as a backup to the point person for pre-screening process of new hires: reference/employment background check and drug test results</li> <li>Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.</li> <li>Open (8:30AM) and Close (6:00PM office door&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>2-3 years of experience in recruiting, candidate sourcing, recruitment operations, human resources or related experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or Business Management</li> <li>Ability to work with a high level of autonomy, initiative and ability to make sound judgements and decisions when dealing with applicants and employees.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels in the company</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Adaptable to changing environments</li> <li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook</li> <li>Must have excellent communication (oral and written) skills.</li> </ul>
