Overview: Responsible for assisting the E-Commerce Site Manager with operational and organizational tasks that support the e-commerce business.&nbsp;Manages the overall administrative responsibilities of the business and enhances the customer experience online (i.e. price changes, order entry, transfers, product uploads, product upload photoshoot process, reporting, optimizing the online customer experience, etc.).
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manages and executes photo samples and shot list process with high level of accuracy and meeting all deadlines in partnership with omni-retail team + photoshoot coordinator</li> <li>Responsible for product upload process: communicate styles needed to be uploaded, ensure information is received well in advance to when the inventory arrives. Ensure information is accurate and complete. Ensure product shots are available. Uploaded the styles in a timely manner.</li> <li>Manage Copy Process</li> <li>Merchandises the site</li> <li>Builds strong cross-functional relationships with the following teams: Web design, brand marketing, digital marketing + omni retail team</li> <li>Evaluates e-commerce trends, communicate with site manager, and helps/implement</li> <li>Communicates issues to site manager using proper communication channels</li> <li>Pricing: responsible for uploading the pricing sheet. Conducts daily price matching, works closely with the site manager to set up price sheets before and after a promotional event. Assist site manager with markdown price sheets.</li> <li>Perform site audits&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage site search/sorting rules</li> <li>Respond to customer service emails to achieve a sale and create a satisfactory customer experience</li> <li>Review KPIs/GA to recommend improvements to CX, conversions, and revenues</li> <li>Enter demand and invoice sales to the marketing calendar<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul>
