Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Be the first point of contact for our company and play an essential role in establishing trust with current and future customers. This includes contact through live chat, email inquiries, phone calls and walk-ins at our showroom.<br /><br /></li> <li>Build relationships with our customers by demonstrating strong knowledge of and educating them about our products and share customer feedback with the team.<br /><br /></li> <li>Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed within 24 hours, including processing returns.<br /><br /></li> <li>Create content for our social media channels by taking photos and recording product videos in our showroom.<br /><br /></li> <li>Proactively reach out to our best customers and see if they need any products reordered.<br /><br /></li> <li>Keep our showroom looking immaculate by filling in products and pricing items.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><strong>Meet the Minimum Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp; Preferred retail sales and customer service experience. Experience&nbsp;with or understanding of dog grooming is a plus.<br /><br /></li> <li><strong>Communicate Effectively</strong>&nbsp;- You connect with others effectively and clearly (both in person and over the phone) with strong and friendly communication skills.
