Responsibilities: <p><strong>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Check-in with new mentors </strong>throughout their first six months to ensure a successful onboard.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Be a sounding board,</strong> and <strong>provide coaching</strong> for our mentors with your insights for how they can make their client businesses become more successful.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Create processes</strong> to improve operations and make strategic recommendations and decisions.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work with and <strong>support the Director.</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Observe Masterminds and Strategy sessions</strong> and provide feedback as needed.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Come up with new ways to connect the mentors, including <strong>new ways to develop the team </strong>so they continue to feel the connection as the team grows.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Talk with clients</strong> to learn their needs, communication styles, and preferences in order to determine the best-fit mentors for them.</li> </ul>
