Overview: <p>Retail Mobility sales and market share growth for Standard Power, Lift Chairs, Scooters and Lifts &amp; Ramps through relationship building, product education, business strategy development, and support for Pride Mobility Providers within an assigned geographical area and account base</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Achieve Retail Mobility revenue goals and sales quotas including Standard Power, Lift Chair, Scooters, and Lifts &amp; Ramps</li> <li>Relationship management which includes business meetings, product education, and demo facilitation for Pride Providers</li> <li>Establish strategic action plans for assigned geographical area to ensure Pride Mobility products hold the majority market share</li> <li>Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed sales goals expectations</li> <li>Identify Unrealized Sales Opportunities (USO&rsquo;s) for all business lines within assigned account base and referral sources</li> <li>Strategic travel/call rotation to build and maintain relationships with Pride Providers on a consistent basis</li> <li>Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management</li> <li>Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgement</li> <li>Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>REQUIRED SKILLS</p> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest</li> </ul> <p>Must have the ability to:</p> <ul> <li>Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment</li> <li>Demonstrate and troubleshoot product, and build strong relationships with Pride Providers</li> <li>Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs</li> <li>Travel overnight, drive extensively, and fulfill after-hours requirements, as necessary</li> </ul> <p>Must have:</p> <ul> <li>Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement</li> <li>Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be demonstrable.</li> <li>Excellent web navigation skills</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Excellent presentation, public speaking and training skills</li> </ul> <p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Home Medical Equipment Industry is preferred, but will consider proven and transferable Sales experience from other sectors.</li> </ul> <p>REQUIRED EDUCATION</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of the required experience. Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree is preferred.</li> </ul>
