Requirements: <ul> <li><strong>Industry Expertise</strong>: Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services is required.</li> <li><strong>Sales &amp; Market Growth</strong>: Minimum of 5+ years in building market share, with proven success in B2B sales and business development, ideally within hydro-excavation, stormwater, or utility services.</li> <li><strong>Outside Sales</strong>: At least 3 years of experience in outside sales, specifically in hydro-excavation services and infrastructure.</li> <li><strong>Performance Driven</strong>: Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.</li> <li><strong>Communication &amp; Negotiation:</strong>&nbsp;Exceptional skills in building trust, rapport, and negotiating effectively.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Insight:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to analyze data and market trends to strategically grow accounts.</li> <li><strong>Bidding Expertise:</strong>&nbsp;Familiarity with public and private bidding processes.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration Skills</strong>: Capable of working cross-functionally to maximize client value and satisfaction.</li> <li><strong>Education</strong>: BS/BA in Sales, or a related field preferred</li> </ul>
