The Account Executive will provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle and skillfully manage client relationships.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will develop a strategic growth plan for a specified geographic territory. They will possess strong leadership qualities, proven negotiation skills, and excellent organizational abilities. This individual will support the Vice President of Sales expanding the Pro-Vac brand by proactively generating new business through marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales strategies.<br /><br /></p> <p>You will be responsible for connecting Pro-Vac&rsquo;s high-quality non-destructive excavating and environmental services to more communities across Tennessee and beyond. Each day, you&rsquo;ll use pre-defined proposals to provide estimates to prospects, follow up on outstanding requests, conduct outreach to previous customers for new opportunities, and leverage marketing efforts to convert leads into active projects.</p> <p>To thrive in this role, you must have a solid understanding of Pro-Vac&rsquo;s field operations, be familiar with hydro-excavation services and infrastructure processes, and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Increasing the quantity and quality of closed deals.</li> <li>Ensuring leads needing additional scoping are passed to field sales specialists.</li> <li>Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities during initial prospect conversations.</li> <li>Sharing insights and industry best practices with clients.</li> <li>Continuously improving sales and marketing strategies through creativity and innovation.</li> <li>Leading and collaborating with integrated sales teams.</li> <li>Leveraging existing relationships and industry experience in excavation services.</li> <li>Generate leads, create bids, and perform cold outreach.</li> <li>Drive profitable growth through business development with new and existing clients.</li> <li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.</li> <li>Collaborate with field operations and leadership to align service delivery with client expectations.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>You MIGHT be a good fit on our AWESOME team if you have&hellip;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Hydrovac, Vacuum Pump Trucks, Oil &amp; Gas, Underground Utilities.</li> <li>Proven ability to grow sales with existing and new customers in a B2B business development role.</li> <li>Experience collaborating across departments to enhance customer value.</li> <li>A data-driven approach to developing and executing successful sales strategies.</li> <li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The BEST candidate will have&hellip;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in hydrovac, construction, ground protection, equipment rentals, waste removal, utilities, or environmental services.</li> <li>Knowledge of selling industrial services and specialty equipment to contractors, engineers, and public entities.</li> <li>5+ years of outside sales experience, including managing a quota-driven sales environment.</li> <li>Documented success in growing market share.</li> <li>Familiarity with public and private bid processes.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>What is Pro-Vac?</strong></p> <p>Pro-Vac is focused on growing a team that supports the long-term commitment of our services to general contractors, facility owners, utility companies, municipalities, and government agencies.
