Responsibilities: <div> <ul> <li class="xxx"><strong><em>Analyzing</em></strong>&nbsp;and diagnosing (troubleshooting) equipment malfunctions or failures</li> <li class="xxx"><strong><em>Performing</em></strong>&nbsp;preventative maintenance, inspection, and correction of major and minor repairs on various equipment (with occasional welding &amp; fabrication).</li> <li class="xxx"><strong><em>Executing</em></strong>&nbsp;essential repairs on gas and diesel engines, transmissions, electrical and electronic systems, brakes, hydraulic systems, suspensions, steering, fuel systems.</li> <li class="xxx"><strong><em>Completing</em></strong>&nbsp;Federal DOT inspections on commercial vehicles</li> </ul> </div>
Requirements: <ul> <li class="xxx">A&nbsp;<strong>positive</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>motivated</strong>&nbsp;self-starter</li> <li class="xxx">A&nbsp;<strong>curious</strong>&nbsp;and independent&nbsp;<strong>problem-solver</strong></li> <li class="xxx"><strong>Eager</strong>&nbsp;to learn and grow with a company dedicated to your development.</li> <li class="xxx">Have at least&nbsp;<strong>three or more year</strong>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<strong>experience</strong>&nbsp;with heavy equipment.</li> <li class="xxx">Have worked in a shop for&nbsp;<strong>more than 5&nbsp;years&nbsp;as a&nbsp;</strong>as a diesel mechanic.</li> <li class="xxx"><strong>Must have</strong>&nbsp;5+ years experience with Dealer Level Training in Paccar, Cummins and or Detroit</li> <li class="xxx"><strong>Proficient</strong>&nbsp;in using&nbsp;<strong>computer systems &amp; applications</strong>&nbsp;to accomplish daily tasks</li> <li class="xxx">5+ years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks.</li> <li class="xxx">Ability to perform PM inspections and repairs on heavy duty trucks, transmissions, Hydraulics, brakes, Electrical and Diesel Emissions.</li> </ul>
