You&rsquo;ll manage customer billing with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Review and understand each customer&rsquo;s contractual agreements to ensure compliance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Invoice and cost customer work within 24 hours of completion.</p> </li> <li> <p>Verify billing reconciliations, reports, and required forms to ensure timely and accurate completion.</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate with customers to ensure invoices are received and address any outstanding concerns.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain a 95% accuracy rate in billing processes and ensure timely submission of invoices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Organize and maintain a detailed and accurate billing database.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Resolve billing-related issues promptly and efficiently.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience in the Construction Industry.</p> </li> <li> <p>2+ years of experience with revenue billing, preferably related to contracted or project bid work.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of billing principles and financial compliance best practices.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency with accounting software, MS Office Suite, and Excel.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Here&rsquo;s What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred).</p> </li> <li> <p>Certifications in financial management or billing (e.g., CB, CPA) are a plus!</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with construction, stormwater, or hydro-excavation industries is highly desired.</p> </li> </ul>
