Overview: <p id="isPasted"><strong>Process servers</strong>&nbsp;are needed in an assortment of tasks such as filing court papers, serving legal documents and document retrieval. Their principal job is to deliver or &ldquo;serve&rdquo; legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case. You are serving documents on behalf of the courts.</p> <p><strong>Must live in *Nevada*</strong></p> <p>Great job opportunity for anyone wanting flexible working hours.</p> <p>Experience in process of service, law enforcement, security, or private investigation is a plus but not required.</p> <p>*Must have a reliable vehicle - this position requires you to drive within county.*</p>
Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Review performance reports.</li> <li>Serve court processes and orders.</li> <li>Accept civil documents to be served from Server Liaison.</li> <li>Use provided information about persons to be served and deliver document.</li> </ul>
