Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Make diligent service attempts:</li> <li>Up to 4 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.).</li> <li>In rare cases, some clients require up to 8 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.).</li> <li><strong>Activate cases within 24 hours</strong>&nbsp;of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).</li> <li><strong>Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours</strong>&nbsp;of service completion.</li> <li>Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: <ul type="circle"> <li>Upload photo evidence of addresses.</li> <li>Submit detailed attempt notes.</li> <li>Record service or non-service outcomes.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <div data-pasted="true"> <ul type="disc"> <li>Reliable transportation.</li> <li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li> <li>Active auto insurance.</li> <li>Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications.</li> <li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li> <li>Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.</li> </ul> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Ideal candidates include:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Licensed Private Investigators.</li> <li>Experienced Process Servers who have current judge-signed court appointments (required).</li> <li>Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals.</li> </ul>
