Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Make diligent service attempts: <ul type="circle"> <li>Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.).</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Activate cases within 24 hours</strong>&nbsp;of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).</li> <li><strong>Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours</strong>&nbsp;of service completion.</li> <li>Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: <ul type="circle"> <li>Upload photo evidence of addresses.</li> <li>Submit detailed attempt notes.</li> <li>Record service or non-service outcomes.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
