We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.</p> <p><strong>Ideal candidates include:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experienced Process Servers&nbsp;</li> <li data-pasted="true">Licensed Private Investigators</li> <li>Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals</li> <li>Paralegals</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Make diligent service attempts:</li> <li>Up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)</li> <li><strong>Activate cases within 24 hours</strong> of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)</li> <li><strong>Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours</strong> of service completion</li> <li>Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: <ul type="circle"> <li>Upload photo evidence of addresses</li> <li>Submit detailed attempt notes</li> <li>Record service or non-service outcomes</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
