Responsibilities: <ul type="disc" data-pasted="true"> <li>You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum of every 72 hours.</li> <li>Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents</li> <li>Able to make a Saturday attempt on all files assigned to you. No Sunday attempts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Submit the original civil warrant to the clerk's office and scan to ProVest the stamped copy within 72 hours of the service date.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul type="disc" data-pasted="true"> <li>Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app).</li> <li>Utilize our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app.</li> <li>Reliable transportation, a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and insurance are required.</li> </ul> <p><br />Apply today if you&rsquo;re ready to handle regular process serving assignments and become part of our trusted network of legal service professionals.</p>
