Responsibilities: <p>We are seeking experienced process servers in Georgia to serve legal documents as part of our growing contractor network.</p>
Requirements: <ul type="disc" data-pasted="true"> <li>You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.</li> <li>Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents</li> <li>Able to make a Saturday or Sunday attempts on all files assigned to you. &nbsp;</li> <li>Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app)</li> <li>Utilized our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app</li> <li>Reliable transportation, a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and insurance are required</li> </ul>
