Independent Contractor (1099)

Responsibilities: <p>We rely on our process servers to make diligent and reasonable efforts to complete each assignment. Requirements: <ul> <li>Previous Constable and or process serving experience preferred.</li> <li>Reliable transportation.</li> <li>Valid driver's license and required insurance.</li> <li>Smartphone with the ability to use mobile applications.</li> <li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage assignments effectively.</li> <li>Availability to make attempts at various times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed.</li> <li>Ability to travel within your assigned coverage area.</li> <li>Ability to follow client, court, and company service requirements.</li> </ul>
