Independent Contractor (1099)

Overview: We are seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals to serve as&nbsp;<strong>Civil Process Servers</strong>&nbsp;on a contract basis. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to manage your own schedule while ensuring timely and accurate service of legal documents.<br />
Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Attempt service on all assigned cases at least every&nbsp;<strong>72 hours</strong>.</li> <li>Activate cases within&nbsp;<strong>24 hours</strong>&nbsp;of receiving documents.</li> <li>Make at least&nbsp;<strong>one weekend attempt</strong>&nbsp;per assigned file.</li> <li>Ensure&nbsp;<strong>due diligence</strong>&nbsp;with 3-8 attempts before marking a case as non-served (weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends).</li> <li>Capture&nbsp;<strong>GPS-stamped photos</strong>&nbsp;and log attempts using our proprietary mobile apps (PVLS &amp; PSO).</li> <li>Complete and return affidavits promptly to receive payment.</li> </ul>
