Overview: <p><strong>ProVest</strong>, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in&nbsp;<strong>Minnesota (MN)</strong>.</p> <p>Applicants must reside in&nbsp;<strong>Minnesota</strong>, preferably near&nbsp;<strong>Mower County</strong>.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Serve legal documents within assigned areas.</li> <li>Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS &amp; PSO Mobile).</li> <li>Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs.</li> <li>Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines.</li> <li>Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time.</li> <li>Plan routes and manage your own schedule.</li> <li>Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minnesota residency (near listed county preferred).</li> <li>Complete&nbsp;<strong>3 to 5 service attempts per assignment</strong>, depending on client requirements, including attempts during: <ul> <li><strong>Before 9:00 AM</strong></li> <li><strong>After 6:00 PM</strong></li> <li><strong>Weekends</strong></li> </ul> </li> <li>All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs.</li> <li>Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested.</li> <li>Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.</li> <li>Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email.</li> <li>Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.</li> <li>Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting.</li> </ul> <p><br /><br />We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who:</p> <ul> <li>Have strong time management and organizational skills.</li> <li>Are comfortable working independently.</li> <li>Communicate clearly and professionally.</li> <li>Are comfortable using mobile technology.</li> <li>Value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism.</li> </ul> <br /> <h4><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Private Investigators</li> <li>Experienced Process Servers</li> <li>Law Enforcement or Security background</li> </ul> <br /> <h4><strong>Support Provided</strong></h4> <p>You will have a dedicated ProVest liaison for support.
