You are an experienced Business Leader with a broad range of expertise in company-wide people management, employee relations, professional training and development, and alignment of HR procedures and policies. You have the experience to anticipate talent needs, the collaborative skills to work with Managers and Directors; the organizational skills to manage multiple requests at a time; and the strategy experience to build and roll out a dynamic plan that is aligned with our growth strategy. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are ready for the next step, to be the voice of Human Resources across all levels of a growing organization in a fast paced and complex business model. Responsibilities: <p><strong>As a Project X Manager, People and Growth, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Research. Develop an understanding of the business including our services, culture, leadership and unique aspects of our industry. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Influence. Stay on top of current trends and best practices. Be the voice of HR at the decision-making table. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build a company-wide talent management strategy. Design, develop and roll-out a full employee lifecycle strategy. This includes:</span></li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Workforce planning and onboarding</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ongoing training and professional development</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Employee performance plans</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Employee support programs</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coaching and mentoring leadership</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Reward and recognition programs</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Branding of the full employee experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Driving improvements to our net promoter score</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Budget. Project yearly expenditures for budgetary consideration and control. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advise. Deliver guidance around compensation, remuneration and employee value proposition. Act as a trusted advisor for employees.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Implement company-wide organizational change. Design and implement a scalable organizational change that will take into account where we are and where we are going.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leverage third-party vendors. Source partners for training and development as well as manage relationships and service level agreements. </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Review and update our Employee Policies. Ensure all of the policies, procedures and codes are up-to-date, relevant, scalable and compliant without restricting or stifling creativity and growth. Advise and educate managers and employees on policies and procedures.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>And, how do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The education. A University Degree or College diploma in Human Resources, Business or related field is required.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The experience. A minimum of 7+ years of HR experience, ideally a balanced mix of policy development and people/talent management with a professional services organization. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The knowledge and trust. Strengths in building and rolling out processes and policies for company-wide adoption. You are strategic but equally process oriented. &nbsp;People trust you.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The relationship-building finesse. Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders, key business partners, employees and vendor partners. Viewed as a trusted advisor and source of information.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The communication skills. Expertise working with internal and external people of any level. Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation and objection handling skills. The ability to ask deep-dive questions to obtain results.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The drive.
