You will own and drive the brand recognition of our company, targeting vastly diverse audiences: future talent, current clients and prospects.</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>You are a strategic decision maker, a creative force, an outstanding communicator and a goal-oriented executioner. With at least four years in Marketing experience, including leading the design of a marketing strategy, you are ready to take a step up.</p> <p>You are passionate about the complex world of B2B Technical Services Marketing and you can easily define and defend your choices to senior executives. You want to define and build out a marketing framework while staying completely hands-on in the process. Your cross-team collaboration abilities and your focus on developing a culture of knowledge-sharing enable you to make a major impact.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>As a Project X Marketing Manager, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the framework. You will build out a complete marketing framework, defining objectives, executing deliverables, managing budgets, collecting data and reporting on metrics.</li> <li>Develop an employment brand. You will develop and activate Project X&rsquo;s employment value proposition and talent attraction &nbsp;strategy.</li> <li>Develop a B2B Marketing strategy. You will work closely with the Sales team to design,, distribute and promote marketing collateral and content.</li> <li>Be social. You will create, curate, coordinate, support and drive content to and through our social media channels for clients and for Project X as an employer of choice. (YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, Twitter).</li> <li>Manage events. You will increase our presence at all meetups, user group gatherings, networking and industry events. You will create promotional materials, manage swag, execute on e-mail campaigns and rollout online campaigns.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>And, how do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. You have a university degree and you are focused on growing your career in Marketing in the tech industry.</li> <li>The experience. You have 4+ years in B2B Marketing preferably in Technical Services, including hands-on development of a marketing strategy.</li> <li>The creative and business balance. You are original and creative. You have a strong business acumen and an analytical approach.</li> <li>The hands-on practice. You have in-depth knowledge designing, developing and delivering content and campaigns.</li> <li>The knowledge. You are a researcher who seeks new knowledge to stay at the top of your game. You are familiar with, and you apply, product marketing best practices.</li> <li>The technical aptitude. You have expertise in the MS Office suite of products and preferably the Adobe suite as well. You have the hands-on experience with a CRM and ideally with Constant Contact, HootSuite, Wordpress and Camtasia (or similar video capture tool).</li> <li>The language of influence. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You have:</li> <li>A strong ability to present ideas and information in influential and compelling ways.</li> <li>Comfort with presenting to an executive audience.</li> <li>A collaborative approach that allows you to easily work with colleagues at any level and solicit effective content from designated contributors on a weekly basis.</li> <li>The flexibility. You are comfortable in a fast moving, highly energy and evolving environment. You are flexible to changing demands, priorities, and time constraints.</li> <li>The project management skills. You have excellent project management, planning and organizational skills. You are detail oriented, and you work well under pressure.</li> <li>The social media skills. You are connected to multiple social media channels and you know how to attract an audience. You know how to write, optimize and upload blog posts and other content.
