Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Commitment to caring for our patients and partners</li> <li>Proactive, collaborative team member in post-acute care setting</li> <li>Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice</li> <li>Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice</li> <li>Graduate of ASHA accredited school.
