Full Time

Overview: Responsible for coordinating with the Director Marketing Technology to bring digital activations to life on Pulte brand websites, kiosk, and other associated digital platforms.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage the processes, project timelines and interdepartmental relationships in order to activate digital experiences on Pulte Brand websites (,,, and and other digital presences.</li> <li>Provide project management expertise on marketing technology projects, such as UX enhancements, etc. on Pulte brand websites.</li> <li>Coordinate with Marketing Technology lead to provide regular team updates, challenges and opportunities.</li> <li>Coordinate with IT to conduct Business Requirements analysis, defect identification and prioritization, UAT, and manage general impact of IT updates on consumer and internal UX.</li> <li>Provide technical subject matter expertise and insight on digital activations.</li> <li>Collaborate on marketing standards and marketing innovation to facilitate best practices in online marketing.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelors degree preferred.</li> <li>Related Functional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years Interactive Marketing experience.</li> <li>Experience with web content management systems and Digital Asset Management Systems.</li> <li>Strong Project Management and Timeline Skills (i.e. Agile methodology).</li> <li>Familiarity with email platforms.</li> <li>Strong Technical Competency (i.e. HTML, XML).</li> <li>Familiarity with Troubleshooting IT Issues.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to gather &amp; deliver Business Requirements to IT.</li> <li>Strong Training Skills.</li> <li>Detail-oriented.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently.</li> <li>Ability to identify and mitigate project programs/risks.</li> </ul>
