Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Complete land acquisition feasibility modeling, including critical evaluation of inputs from multiple departments.</li> <li>Conduct financial analysis to understand business drivers and competitive environment to help drive towards improving business results (profitability and returns).</li> <li>Assist Land and Finance teams to ensure appropriate documentation of all land entitlement and development expenditures and budgets.</li> <li>Lead monthly reviews with Land and Finance teams to reconcile all land balances and development budgets.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure all lot cost assumptions are appropriate and documented.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred.</li> <li>Related financial advisory experience.</li> <li>Business acumen and analysis experience.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset.</li> </ul>
