Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead the creation and implementation of innovative communication strategies that align with our corporate objectives and amplify our brand voice.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and internal stakeholders, leveraging these partnerships to enhance our corporate visibility.</li> <li>Spearhead the development of engaging content, including videos, graphics, and stories, that showcase our company culture and achievements.</li> <li>Act as a subject matter expert in corporate communications, providing strategic advice and tactical execution of communication initiatives.</li> <li>Champion our brand as a premier employer through compelling narratives and content that highlight our workplace culture and employee successes.</li> <li>Develop and oversee a robust metrics system to track the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism or a related field</li> <li>Related Functional Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in media relations, corporate communications, or journalism.</li> <li>Proven leadership in developing and implementing successful corporate communication and media strategies.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and influence others.</li> <li>Exceptional ability in storytelling, content creation, and strategic planning.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with digital and social media platforms.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Self-motivated with a track record of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks.</li> <li><span class="ql-cursor"></span>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional travel requirements.</li> </ul>
