Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Establish, monitor and drive processes between Title, Recording, Accounting, Mortgage, Sales and/or Construction.</li> <li>Develop best practices and procedures to ensure compliance with operations standards.</li> <li>Manage all incoming sales from contract to close.</li> <li>Execute documents as they relate to purchase on behalf of seller (i.e., sales contract, deeds, etc.). Manage all contract documents in Home Selections.</li> <li>Serve as point of contact for customer questions and concerns as needed owning customer escalation and problem solving.</li> <li>Ensure proper handling of all funds and closings.</li> <li>Audit sales contract and escrow process to ensure division compliance with company policies, local laws and practices.</li> <li>Ensures appropriate staffing to meet department needs.</li> <li>Utilizes recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent.</li> <li>Delegates work according to employee's abilities and skills.</li> <li>Evaluates employee's performance and plans for compensation actions in accordance with that performance.</li> <li>Provides developmental opportunities through identification of internal and external training opportunities.</li> <li>Creates opportunities for employee growth.</li> <li>Provides continuous coaching with regard to functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors).</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred/not required.</li> <li>Related experience with the closing process.</li> <li>Business acumen and excellent communication skills.</li> </ul>
