Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Collect necessary information, including code interpretations, for introduction of New Home Design into communities.</li> <li>Adheres to established QC process.</li> <li>Responsible for completing scope of work summary for every project.</li> <li>Manages and coordinates standard plan submittals.</li> <li>Coordination of plan maintenance for division needs.</li> <li>Manages and coordinates ARB submittal and approval process.</li> <li>Perform all related CAD duties.</li> <li>Ensure development of compliant working drawings within the Division from both internal and external resources.</li> <li>Provide Architectural Services support as needed, to include but not be limited to:</li> <li>Draft redline markups and plan revisions in AutoCAD.</li> <li>Record and track Division&rsquo;s plan change requests.</li> <li>Produce all work within the Pulte Drafting Standards and Productivity Tools.</li> <li>Provide supporting documentation of field walks at various stages of construction.</li> <li>Create community specific field support documents.</li> <li>Ensure quality control on all work completed.</li> <li>Assist in quality control review process for a variety of department deliverables, to include but not be limited to:</li> <li>Lot specific construction documents.</li> <li>3D Renderings.</li> <li>Marketing brochures.</li> <li>Interactive floor plans.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Associates degree in Drafting or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction preferred.</li> <li>Related Functional Experience: Minimum 1 or more years Architectural or Construction experience.</li> <li>Software Skills &ndash; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Design Review Bluebeam, and ACAD preferred. BIM software is a plus.</li> <li>Understanding of Federal &amp; State codes related to residential product preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building codes as well as technical and procedural knowledge of activities related to home building construction, including understanding plans &amp; specs preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of lean, value engineering and costing principles and practices a plus.&nbsp;</li> <li>Effective communication and organization skills.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Remains adaptable to shifting priorities.</li> <li>Excels in highly collaborative and fast paced environment.</li> <li>High level of attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
