Responsibilities: <ul> <li><strong>Project Support &amp; Execution:</strong> Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day operations of industrial electrical projects, helping ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.</li> <li><strong>Field Coordination:</strong> Act as a reliable secondary point of contact for site superintendents and field crews, helping ensure they have up-to-date drawings, submittals, and material deliveries required to execute work.</li> <li><strong>Procurement &amp; Materials Tracking:</strong> Log, track, and expedite long-lead electrical equipment (such as switchgear and transformers), coordinate jobsite material deliveries, and track purchase orders to prevent field delays.</li> <li><strong>Financial &amp; Contract Administration:</strong> Help draft purchase orders, process subcontractor billings, assist with monthly pay applications, and compile documentation for change order requests.</li> <li><strong>Documentation &amp; Tech Control:</strong> Own the daily administrative workflows in our construction management software&mdash;managing, logging, and tracking RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and drawing revisions from preconstruction through project closeout.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative Communication:</strong> Participate in project alignment meetings with general contractors, engineers, and clients, helping document action items, progress updates, and schedule milestones.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1&ndash;3 years of experience in project coordination, estimating, or assistant project management within the commercial or industrial electrical subcontracting space.</li> <li><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Basic to foundational understanding of electrical systems, power distribution equipment, and the ability to read construction blueprints and single-line diagrams.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in the electrical trade.</li> <li><strong>Software Proficiency:</strong> Hands-on experience with modern construction management tools; familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam Revu is strongly preferred.</li> <li><strong>Skills &amp; Approach:</strong> Highly organized with strong attention to detail, proactive follow-through, and an eagerness to learn and grow within electrical project management.</li> <li><strong>Travel &amp; Location:</strong> Ability to travel periodically to support nationwide job sites during key project phases or site visits.</li> </ul>
