<p>We founded RF Connect in 2004 with the goal of focusing on wireless RF connectivity. We soon found one key niche: providing in-building wireless enhancements for Wi-Fi, cellular and public safety uses. Seasoned Executive

Overview: The Director of Marketing is a member of the RF Connect senior executive team, and is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and activities conceived to achieve the company&rsquo;s growth and financial performance objectives. The Director of Marketing collaborates inside and outside the organization to identify emerging opportunities, to assess their viability based on the impact to the business, and to develop an actionable strategy to capitalize on them. The Director of Marketing architects the company&rsquo;s annual integrated marketing plan, establishes and manages the marketing budget, and reports on and course-corrects against scorecard key performance indicators (KPIs). The Director of Marketing works closely with key functional area leads to ensure alignment.<br /><br />The Director of Marketing possesses a background in communications and data networks including in-building wireless, public-safety communications, and LAN/WAN technologies. The Director of Marketing has demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional marketing results as an individual contributor and with marketing resources.
Responsibilities: <strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br /><br />&bull; Executive Leadership &amp; Corporate Development: Serve as a member of the executive team. Contribute to the development of short-term, mid-term and long-term corporate vision. Assess market trends and collaborate to create business models and routes to market. Identify the most efficient and effective path toward revenue. Support corporate development initiatives such as joint ventures, partnerships, capital raises or affiliations by leveraging relationships and lending market expertise. Assist in recruitment of personnel. Represent the company in industry membership groups. <br />&bull; Strategic Planning: Architect integrated marketing plan to achieve corporate goals and objectives including revenue, GPM, customer retention, and more. Utilize market information (e.g., voice of customer) and market trend research (e.g., analysts, consultants and data modeling) to define target markets, establish solution value propositions and implement go-to-market penetration strategy. <br />&bull; Brand Building: Establish RF Connect as a thought leader within target industries and verticals, and as a&nbsp;trusted advisor among buyers and strategic partners. Communicate key problem-solution themes to differentiate within the industry. Create and manage editorial and events calendar to grow and maintain mindshare. Develop brand style guide to ensure brand consistency internally and across channels. Manage digital marketing activities including website, social media and email CRM. <br />&bull; Sales Enablement: Create differentiated value propositions for service and solutions offerings. Develop sales tools such as battlecards, brochures, presentations TCO tools and case studies to engage and progress buyers though stages of the buying cycle. Execute lead generation and nurture programs. <br />&bull; Team, Vendor &amp; MDF Management: Provide leadership to internal marketing and external marketing resources. Establish and articulate clear marketing priorities. Collaborate with strategic partners and departmental stakeholders to ensure win-win outcomes in leveraging MDF. Resolve conflicts should misalignments arise.<br />&bull; Budget &amp; KPI Management: Establish KPIs and cadence for reporting marketing scorecard. <br />&bull; Provide and create lead generation programs with measurables to broaden the funnel and increase bookings through the company&rsquo;s business development team<br />&bull; Develop and deliver presentations, seminars, and user groups to inform and educate the enterprise on the trends in our industry and related to our current or future offerings.<br />&bull; Develop an advisory panel of key enterprise clients so the company can better understand their current and future technology directions or business problems they are trying to solve. <br />&bull; Create a mark on the company so we all can look back and reflect on something that you did that had a significant effect on the growth and profitability of the company<br /><br /><strong>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br /><br />&bull; Establish and Nurture positive relationships with customer and vendor organizations.<br />&bull; Demonstrates the ability to adapt to and lead, change, and coach others in the acceptance and support of change<br />&bull; Ability to coach the team to initiate and present the right questions to gain insight into the business issues and needed resolutions<br />&bull; Support Sales as needed in customer meetings, site walks, and presentations.<br />&bull; Be a person who is not afraid to do whatever it takes to make the company successful in a meaningful and impactful way even if it&rsquo;s not outlined here within this document<br />
Requirements: <strong>Skills</strong> <br /><br />&bull; MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and QuickBooks<br />&bull; Tech-savvy, results-driven, highly motivated <br />&bull; Fluency with mobile user acquisition &amp; retention, social media management, community management, PR, branding and content strategy.<br />&bull; A candidate that brings high standards for visual design and content.
