Overview: RMG Networks, located in Addison, TX, is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Client Relationship Manager - Inside Sales.&nbsp;</strong>This position is responsible for sales, account management and opportunity development for RMG Enterprise Solutions in our core industry segments.
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build client relationships through contact with our existing client base</li> <li>Use relationship, negotiation, and probing skills to manage accounts</li> <li>Use consulting skills and technical knowledge to develop opportunities</li> <li>Grow the RMG solution within each assigned existing client account</li> <li>Ask for referrals to target and develop into leads/opportunities with new prospects</li> <li>Identify, nurture and close new clients</li> <li>Give on-line presentations and product demonstrations</li> <li>Generate sales campaign ideas and be a part of the execution of campaigns</li> <li>Collaborate with your outside sales teammate(s) to achieve and exceed quota</li> <li>Generate new product &amp; new feature ideas from client feedback</li> <li>Monitor perceived and real competition</li> </ul>
Requirements: <h4 class="psheading4">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h4> <ul> <li>2+ years&rsquo; experience in an inside sales position, preferably in solutions sales</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent related experience</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>The desire to work on a team committed to the achievement of a goal</li> <li>The ability to sell consultatively and to handle transactional, higher volume sales</li> <li>The ability to be a self-starter and a team player with a high energy level</li> <li>A sense of urgency and a desire to exceed assigned quotas</li> <li>The ability to uncover business challenges and articulate value through effective questioning and conversation skills</li> <li>A creative approach to prospecting and working around sales roadblocks</li> <li>Experience with Business to business sales in the Fortune 500 market is a plus</li> <li>Experience with a plus</li> <li>A technical aptitude is important</li> <li>SaaS experience</li> </ul>
