Overview: <p>Due to Rainbow&rsquo;s expansive growth we are currently in search of an Operations Manager.</p> <p>Rainbow Child Care is looking for an Operations Manager to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission; support better management reporting, information flow and management, business processes and organizational planning.</p> <p>The Operations Manager will play significant role in long-term planning for Rainbow Child Care, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Oversight of overall financial management, planning, systems and controls</li> <li>Development and management of budgets in coordination with the Director of Operations</li> <li>Development of individual program budgets</li> <li>Payroll management</li> <li>Regular meetings with DOO, COO and CFO</li> <li>Supervision and coaching of Regional and District managers on a weekly basis</li> <li>Oversight of monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organizational financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.</li> <li>Management day-to-day processing of risk management situations</li> <li>Development of long-range forecasts on low performing schools</li> <li>Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>5+ Years of multi-unit management, in retail, restaurant, child care or related industries</li> <li>BA/BS in Business Management or related discipline; MA/MS/MBA Business highly preferred</li> <li>Experience in Child Care is helpful, but not required&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Must have experience in new location/new business development</li> </ul>
