Overview: <p style="font-weight: 400;">Most centers have an internal phone system, camera system, VPN firewall, roughly several computers and/or a Chromebook. This would be a great opportunity to learn a broad range of technical skills ranging from replacing hardware, troubleshooting software related issues, initial PC setup, troubleshooting network issues.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li>Take calls from remote locations for basic and advanced software problems.</li> <li>Input tickets and monitor tickets for all Technical related problems.</li> <li>Salvage broken computers to create working computers (replacing hardware).</li> <li>Troubleshoot Routers, Phone Systems, Access points, Wireless Extenders, and other network equipment.</li> <li>Troubleshoot Printer, Fax, and Scanning issues at all remote locations for their Multifunction Printers.</li> <li>Follow up on active tickets to make sure problems are resolved.</li> <li>Image and setup new computers for new and upcoming centers.</li> <li>Thoroughly document all information for all problems in tickets within Manager Plus.</li> <li>Assign all new tech tickets to correct category and asset within Manager Plus.</li> <li>Troubleshoot Chromebook/Google drive issues and wireless connectivity issues.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li>Entry level/Junior level position (1-2 years&rsquo; experience required).</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science or related field highly preferred.</li> <li>Experience as Helpdesk/Desktop Technician.</li> <li>Good Customer Service Skills.</li> <li>Eager to learn new technologies.</li> <li>Good documentation skills.</li> </ul>
