Overview: Under the general direction of the President, the Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing of a digital marketing business development plan developed by the marketing agency and the current sales staff.&nbsp; This includes all new product campaigns, social media setup and management, analytics for the sales team.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Execution and maintenance of approved online and offline marketing strategies</li> <li>Responsible for all brand and marketing communications internally and externally</li> <li>Execution and implementation of planned and measured social and digital marketing campaigns, nurturing lead generation from web and other sources</li> <li>Develop appropriate sales support materials for existing and new clients, focusing on core markets</li> <li>Identify specific business opportunities in agreed trade shows and creating a comprehensive plan to maximize sales potential and marketing exposure cost effectively.</li> <li>Recommend the annual marketing collateral needs, to be cost effective and in line with company brand values</li> <li>Ensure marketing efforts are coordinated and consistent with the marketing/sales strategies established</li> <li>Manage and update regularly the company website to ensure efforts to be leading edge</li> <li>Other duties as assigned as this is a newly created role which will evolve</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Digital marketing skills, web savvy, email campaigns, social media marketing</li> <li>1+ years experience in a Digital Marketing Coordinator role considered ideal</li> <li>Exceptional creative skills</li> <li>Graphic design skills a strong asset</li> <li>Exceptional research skills in obtaining customer insights; understanding how customers buy our products, how we sell our products, what it takes for us to be successful</li> <li>Strong tactical skills to manage the day to day digital marketing needs</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, naturally organized and great at planning</li> <li>Industrial technical knowledge as well as marketing and advertising industry trends, trends considered an asset</li> <li>Ideally a new graduate from a Business Marketing University or College program&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong computer skills; full Microsoft suite proficiency, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, any desktop publishing type software.</li> </ul>
