Overview: <p>We are looking for a dynamic CSR professional to join a shoe design business in Oakville, ON. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Communicate with overseas production facilities on the design and manufacturing of shoe lines.</li> <li>Maintain and update various reports and worksheets ongoing</li> <li>Deliver samples</li> <li>Assist with client meeting preparations</li> <li>Update all customer service information into AS400 system and the cloud based ERP system</li> <li>Help create line sheets for the customers</li> <li>Enter all styles into the Web based product management software</li> <li>Manage purchase orders (PO's)</li> <li>Enters orders to create a critical path for the customer</li> <li>Orders tickets and approve layouts</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Requirements</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Requires accurate documentation support; double and triple checking of work</li> <li>High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Experience using CRM or ERP software systems</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud based software is preferred</li> <li>Live within 30 minutes of the Halton region</li> <li>Access to a reliable vehicle is considered an asset</li> <li>Interest in developing your career in the fashion industry</li> <li>Previous experience with in-store retail CSR role considered an asset</li> <li>Upbeat, sunny personality, particularly suited to team based environments</li> <li></li> </ul>
