Overview: <p>We are looking for a dynamic CSR professional to join a shoe design business in Oakville, ON. The role is responsible for Account Management of various large retail clients, document management, order management and reporting.&nbsp;<br /><br />Are you extremely organized with a flair for taking structured notes with top notch follow through?<br /><br />Can you multitask with ease?<br /><br />Do you pay extreme attention to detail with Administration?<br /><br />Do you live near to or in the Halton area?<br /><br />Lastly, but most importantly, do you aspire to develop your career within the Fashion Industry?<br /><br />This contract opportunity may be for you!<br /><br />This is a Maternity Leave Contract: This contract lasts approximately 14 months.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Communicate with overseas production facilities on the design and manufacturing of shoe lines.</li> <li>Maintain and update various reports and worksheets ongoing</li> <li>Manage pricing for customers</li> <li>Deliver samples</li> <li>Prepare presentations for meetings</li> <li>Update all customer service information into AS400 system and the cloud based ERP system</li> <li>Sourcing/negotiating with over seas facilities</li> <li>Fashion shoe trend research and develop ideas to show for the new season</li> <li>Help create line sheets for the customers</li> <li>Communicate with overseas production facilities on the design and manufacturing of shoe lines.</li> <li>Enter all styles into the Web based product management software</li> <li>Manage purchase orders (PO's)</li> <li>Enters orders to create a critical path for the customer</li> <li>Orders tickets and approve layouts</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Requires accurate documentation support; double and triple checking of work</li> <li>High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced efficiency in Excel and Powerpoint</li> <li>Experience using CRM or ERP software systems</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud based software is preferred</li> <li>Live within 30 minutes of the Halton region</li> <li>Access to a reliable vehicle is considered an asset</li> <li>Interest in developing your career in the fashion industry</li> <li>Upbeat, sunny personality, particularly suited to team based environments</li> </ul>
