Responsibilities: <p><u>Key Accountabilities:</u></p> <ul> <li>Coordinating client appointments</li> <li>Preparing draft estate planning documents (wills and powers of attorney) for lawyer&rsquo;s review</li> <li>Assisting in preparation of service proposals to potential clients</li> <li>Maintaining well organized and properly documented files</li> <li>Assisting in all aspects of communication with existing and potential clients</li> <li>Providing support to estates lawyer as directed</li> <li>Preparing all documents necessary to obtain probate documents</li> <li>Maintaining financial records and accounts on behalf of estate trustees</li> <li>Preparing releases and other standard documents on behalf of estate trustees</li> <li>Reporting to clients</li> <li>Ensuring proper storage of original estate planning documents</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Indicators of Effectiveness:</u></p> <ul> <li>Positive client feedback</li> <li>Estate projects are completing within the timelines</li> <li>Clients refer new clients to Brown Lawyers</li> <li>Appointments take place as scheduled and lawyer and client are prepared for appointments</li> <li>Communications are dealt with promptly</li> </ul>
