$37.5-$40K + bonus + health benefits

Overview: Provide a sales support role to one of two sales representatives within the organization.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li><strong>Creating Proposals:</strong>&nbsp;Ensuring clients are getting responses to proposals immediately and actual proposals within 24 hours of request.</li> <li><strong>Order Entry:</strong>&nbsp;Orders to be entered within 6 business hours of receiving them.</li> <li><strong>Order Management:</strong>&nbsp;Meeting In Hands Dates or before. No customer complaints post delivery.</li> <li><strong>Partial AP/AR Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;Ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner. Keeping receivables under 45 days by being proactive.</li> <li><strong>Support all Staff on Special Projects:</strong>&nbsp;Quarterly Team Performance Reports.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>2 years experience in customer account management</li> <li>Competent with Microsoft Office package. Exposure to CRM and Order Entry Software</li> <li>Self-motivated- ability to take charge</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Great attitude</li> <li>Strong customer service skills</li> </ul>
