Overview: <p>The Senior Manager Customer Analytics will manage a team of three analysts and will oversee and participate in developing the strategic and technical direction for customer analytics including defining KPIs and methodology, designing test-and-learn experiments, and growing data sources that produce an accurate look at regular customer behavior which will provide answers to key business questions.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The recently created position of Senior Manager Customer Analytics will help define the future of this organization&rsquo;s marketing and loyalty program by defining the roadmap for all long-term customer analytics needs.</li> <li>The Senior Manager Customer Analytics will develop and manage a team of customer analysts and will set in place the processes to support the growing demand for fact based, customer-centric decision making.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>The Requirements for the Senior Manager Customer Analytics include:</p> <ul> <li>BS degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Marketing or related area. An advanced degree is strongly preferred.</li> <li>7+ year&rsquo;s experience in a related field including leadership responsibilities.</li> <li>Experience with advanced analytic tools (SAS, SQL) and relational marketing databases.</li> <li>Must have advanced quantitative knowledge, test and design and statistical experience.</li> <li>Excellent analytic, quantitative and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Proficient with the use of relational databases and query design to research, review and coordinate marketing data to address complex business questions.</li> <li>Strong relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate with people at all levels.</li> </ul>
