Overview: This key position will provide leadership and management to support and enhance the rapid growth of the organization. This is a highly visible position working side-by-side with senior leadership.<br /><br />The Business Operations Leader will be strategic minded, creative, and able to work in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment. The Business Operations Leader will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Business Operations Leader will include the following:<br /> <ul> <li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure that they run smoothly.</li> <li>Will work to improve operational efficiency and implement new directives for growth.</li> <li>Collaborate with company leadership to develop, review, evaluate, and implement business procedures and policies and internal infrastructure to constantly improve the overall health of the organization.</li> <li>Facilitate productive employee work environments, including management development in initiatives, personnel evaluations, and driving talent acquisition.</li> <li>Manage, cultivate and reinforce the established company culture and create a framework to maintain the core values as the company rapidly grows.</li> <li>Deliver insightful information and analysis to enable valuable business decisions.</li> <li>Drive the company to meet and exceed profitability and the overall business goals/objectives.</li> </ul>
